I attended a lecture re: perennial artichokes. Having grown up eating them I can really tell the difference from annuals. Most people don’t know the difference and don’t understand what they’re missing. How and where can I find the superior perennial ones? Please get the word out about the superiority of the original ones. Globes look nice but lack the “meat”, and flavor.
Hi Meredith, great question! You can source fresh perennial artichokes shipped to your door, when in season, from Pezzini Farms.
