Sweet & Savory Grape Salad
Ingredients
- 1½ tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- zest of 1 lime
- 1½ tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 2 teaspoons honey use agave syrup if vegan
- ¼ teaspoon sea salt
- 4 cups red seedless California grapes halved
- 2 tablespoons snipped fresh cilantro
- 1 tablespoon minced jalapeño pepper
- 2 green onions sliced thin
- ¼ cup crumbled Cotija cheese omit if vegan
Instructions
To make the dressing:
- Whisk together the oil, lime juice, honey or agave, and salt in a large bowl.
To make the salad:
- Stir the grapes, cilantro, jalapeño, lime zest, and green onions into the bowl with the dressing.
- Sprinkle the top with the Cotija cheese and serve.
