Introducing your new favorite cocktail: the Pomegranate Moscow Mule! You’ll love this California-style twist on the traditional recipe!
If you are looking for a tasty, no-fuss cocktail to serve your guests this holiday season, the search is over! Using traditional Moscow Mule ingredients and fresh, local pomegranates, these flavors create a sweet and sophisticated drink that you will be itchin’ to serve.
Adding the pomegranate arils as a garnish makes this a cocktail masterpiece!

Here’s what you’ll need to make a Pomegranate Moscow Mule:
- Vodka (I used pomegranate flavored)
- Ginger beer
- Fresh pomegranate juice (RECIPE HERE)
- Fresh mint
- Copper mugs (optional, but it looks so good and keeps it extra cold)
Fill your cup with ice and add about 1/2 cup of vodka.
Pour about 2 T. of fresh pomegranate juice into your mug.
Add the ginger beer to fill the mug.
Add fresh pomegranates and more ice if needed.
Top with a sprig of mint and enjoy!

Equipment
- Copper mugs (optional)
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup vodka regular or pomegranate flavored
- 1 cup ginger beer
- 2 tablespoons fresh pomegranate juice*
- 1/8 cup pomegranate arils
- Fresh mint to garnish
Instructions
- Fill your cup with ice and add about 1/2 cup of vodka.

- Add the ginger beer to fill the mug.
- Add fresh pomegranates and more ice if needed.
- Top with a sprig of mint and enjoy!
