  •  Cast Iron Skillet

Ingredients
  

  • 1 6 ounce can California Green Olives drained
  • 2 cloves garlic crushed
  • 1 lemon zested
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions
 

  • Heat the olive oil in a cast iron skillet.
  • Add the olives and allow to heat and char, about 5 minutes.
  • Toss in the garlic and half the lemon zest, stir and heat through, about a minute.  being careful to not let the garlic burn.
  • Transfer to a serving platter and top with the other half of the lemon zest.
