California Green Olives
drained
2
cloves
garlic
crushed
1
lemon
zested
1
tablespoon
olive oil
Instructions
Heat the olive oil in a cast iron skillet.
Add the olives and allow to heat and char, about 5 minutes.
Toss in the garlic and half the lemon zest, stir and heat through, about a minute. being careful to not let the garlic burn.
Transfer to a serving platter and top with the other half of the lemon zest.
