Add the citrus, pomegranate and mint into a large pitcher
Using a muddler (or you can use a fork), press the juice out of the ingredients, combining all the flavors
Fill the pitcher with water and add a splash of pomegranate juice

California Style Winter Juice Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 lb. citrus, washed and sliced I used tangerines
- 4 oz pomegranate arils
- handful fresh mint
- 1/2 gallon water
- 1/4 cup pomegranate juice
Instructions
- Combine the citrus, pomegranate and mint into the bottom of the pitcher and muddle until combined and juices are released
- Fill the pitcher with ice if desired and add the water and pomegranate juice. Stir to combine, serve and enjoy!
