Insanely Delicious Recipes for Celery

We’re all guilty of letting celery become less than crispy in our fridge while we pass it over for any other vegetable. But we are here to tell you that celery is delicious. Celery is versatile. And celery is something that we should all be eating more of. Did you know that 99% of domestic celery is grown in California? But what can you do with it besides dip it into ranch dressing or hummus or slather it with peanut butter? Well lucky for you, we’ve gathered the most delicious recipes for celery on the internet. Buckle up, friends. We’ll make a celery lover out of you yet!

Everything You Need to Know About Celery

California grows nearly all of the celery in the United States and farmers have been growing it here since 1891. Celery used to be grown primarily in Southern California, but today it’s grown in Salinas Valley, Santa Maria Valley and Ventura County. Those regions’ mild weather means we can enjoy California grown celery all year!

Celery has a ton of health benefits including vitamins A and C, as well as plenty of antioxidants and fiber. It’s anti-inflammatory, gut healthy, and delicious!
