Ready for some Instant Pot Orange Duck and Gravy? This recipe from Michelle of Nom Nom Paleo takes just a fraction of the time it would take to roast it in the oven—and best of all, it’s a perfect make-ahead recipe; just crisp up the cooked duck legs and reheat the gravy when you’re ready to serve!

Crispy duck spring rolls dipped in sour cherry jam are the perfect combination of sweet, savory, crispy and chewy tender. The Asian-inspired dish from Irvin at Eat the Love isn’t nearly as hard as it might seem, though you do have to brave the deep frying aspect. But it’s worth it in the end.
This gluten-free duck fried rice from A Girl Defloured is the perfect thing to make with leftover duck confit. The veggie heavy rice makes use of fridge-foraged veggies like broccoli, sliced cabbage, sugar snap peas etc. But you can leave them out if you prefer. Fried rice works well with whatever you have on hand.
