green curry paste

fish sauce

sesame oil

garlic

ground beef
lean mixture
For the sauce:

14 oz
cans coconut milk

green curry paste
juice of one lime

small chunks fresh ginger
minced

cornstarch

TBSP
water
Instructions
Heat oven to 425 F (220 C)
Mix the first seven ingredients together until it makes a paste.
Add the ground beef and combine well.
Roll the mixture with your hands into consistent 2-3 TBSP round balls.
Place onto a baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes until sizzling and browned.
For the sauce:
Combine all the ingredients and simmer over low heat until ready to serve.
Transfer the meatballs to a serving platter and pour the sauce over.
Enjoy!
