  • 1 Fresno pepper, seeded, finely diced
  • ¼ of a red onion, small diced
  • 1 TBSP cilantro, minced
  • 1 TBSP lime juice
  • tsp lime zest
  • 2 tsp California olive oil
  • salt to taste

Instructions
 

  • Combine all ingredients in a small mixing bowl until well combined.
