Ingredients
  

  • 4 cup Rolled Oats not quick oats
  • 1 cup Sliced Almonds
  • 3/4 cup Pecan Pieces or Walnut Pieces
  • 1/4 cup Pepitas (pumpkin seeds)
  • 2 T Flax Seeds
  • 1/2 cup Raisins or more if you'd like
  • 4 T Brown Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 T Vanilla Extract
  • 1/2 cup Honey
  • 1/2 cup Vegetable Oil or Olive OIl

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 300 degrees F (150 C)
  • Combine all the dry oats, nuts, and seeds together on a baking sheet.
  • Mix the brown sugar, cinnamon, vanilla, honey, and oil and mix well. Pour over the dry ingredients and mix well to coat all the ingredients.
  • Bake for 30-40 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes, until golden.
  • Cool for 1 hour before eating.
  • Store in an air-tight container for a week.
