4 cup Rolled Oats not quick oats 1 cup Sliced Almonds 3/4 cup Pecan Pieces or Walnut Pieces 1/4 cup Pepitas (pumpkin seeds) 2 T Flax Seeds 1/2 cup Raisins or more if you'd like 4 T Brown Sugar 1/2 tsp Cinnamon 1 T Vanilla Extract 1/2 cup Honey 1/2 cup Vegetable Oil or Olive OIl
Preheat oven to 300 degrees F (150 C)
Combine all the dry oats, nuts, and seeds together on a baking sheet.
Mix the brown sugar, cinnamon, vanilla, honey, and oil and mix well. Pour over the dry ingredients and mix well to coat all the ingredients.
Bake for 30-40 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes, until golden.
Cool for 1 hour before eating.
Store in an air-tight container for a week.
