Handful of fresh mint
Instructions
Combine 1 cup sugar and 1 cup water and bring to a boil over medium heat.
Add the fresh, chopped mint leaves and let steep for 10 minutes. Let cool.
Deseed and cut your cantaloupe into large chunks
Add the cut cantaloupe to a food processor and puree for about a minute
Add the minty sugar syrup and puree for a few seconds to combine
Pour into molds and freeze for several hours. Add whole mint leaves if desired before freezing
Notes
Make them creamy by adding 1/2 cup of half & half or coconut cream to the mix before freezing!
