2cupsgreen California table grapeswashed, frozen. About 1/4-1/2 cup of grapes per serving.
1/2pintReal California vanilla ice creamor more if desired
1TBSPCalifornia honey
¼cupCalifornia pistachiostoasted, chopped
Instructions
To make the dessert:
Freeze the washed green grapes until solid.
Toast and chop the pistachios.
Scoop the vanilla ice cream into four bowls or dessert dishes.
Grate1/4 cup of the frozen grapes over each serving of ice cream, covering it with a thick layer of grape shavings. We recommend using a rotary cheese grater, or Microplane.
Drizzle honey over the grape ice and ice cream.
Sprinkle the toasted, chopped pistachios on top. Serve immediately.
