Ingredients

For the dessert:

  • 2 cups green California table grapes washed, frozen. About 1/4-1/2 cup of grapes per serving.
  • 1/2 pint Real California vanilla ice cream or more if desired
  • 1 TBSP California honey
  • ¼ cup California pistachios toasted, chopped

Instructions

To make the dessert:

  • Freeze the washed green grapes until solid.
  • Toast and chop the pistachios.
  • Scoop the vanilla ice cream into four bowls or dessert dishes.
  • Grate1/4 cup of the frozen grapes over each serving of ice cream, covering it with a thick layer of grape shavings. We recommend using a rotary cheese grater, or Microplane.
