Ingredients
 
 

  • 1 ½ ounces Amaro Angeleno or Campari or Aperol
  • ½ ounce grapefruit juice or other citrus juice
  • 3 ounces Lambrusco-style sparkling red wine such as Mumm Napa, Cuvée M Red or Rava Sparkling Negro Amaro
  • 1 ounce sparkling water
  • 1 grapefruit wedge to garnish
  • 2 olives to garnish

Instructions
 

  • Pour amaro and grapefruit juice into a rocks glass full of ice and stir, top off with wine and sparkling water. Garnish with grapefruit wedge and olives.
  • Serve immediately.
