Creamy, high-protein cottage cheese blended with frozen green grapes and served in a California cantaloupe bowl topped with California table grapes and strawberries.
Prepare the melon. Wash the cantaloupe, cut it in half, and scoop out the seeds and stringy flesh to create two edible bowls.
Blend the base. Add the cottage cheese to a food processor or high-speed blender with the honey, lemon juice, and frozen fruit. Blend for 20 to 30 seconds, stopping to scrape down the sides as needed, until completely smooth and creamy. As the frozen fruit begins to melt, it will release enough liquid to create a smooth mixture.
Assemble and serve. Spoon the blended cottage cheese mixture into the cantaloupe halves. Top with extra fresh fruit, a drizzle of honey, and a crunchy garnish like toasted almonds, pistachios, or granola.
