Easy Fresh Grape Sorbet

We made this easy grape sorbet recipe with green grapes, but you can choose your favorite color! This simple sorbet uses just four ingredients, made mostly of fresh California Table Grapes. It will be a family favorite all summer long!

Equipment

  • 1 food processor or blender

Ingredients
 
 

  • 6 cups green grapes
  • 6 large fresh mint leaves
  • 3 TBSP fresh lime juice
  • 1/3 cup light corn syrup or honey

Instructions
 

  • Place the grapes in the freezer for a few hours to harden.
  • Add the frozen grapes, torn mint leaves, lime juice and corn syrup or honey in a food processor or high powered blender.
  • Blend on high until all the large chucks are gone and the consistency is smooth.
  • Freeze in 1 quart (0.95 Liters) container for at least 4 hours. I recommend overnight.
  • Scoop and enjoy!
