Stuffed Apricots: Fresh Apricot Blackberry Jewels

This easy recipe for stuffed apricots requires just four ingredients and is loaded with flavor! Our fresh Apricot Blackberry Jewels are perfect for a party, a summer dessert al fresco, or just an easy snack. Serve them with a glass of California sparkling wine for a simple and delicious treat.

Ingredients
 
 

  • 6 Apricots
  • 12 Blackberries
  • 8 ounces Whipped Cream Cheese look for the Real California Milk seal!
  • Honey to taste

Instructions
 

  • Halve each apricot and remove the pit
  • Place a dollop of whipped cream cheese on the center of each apricot
  • Press a blackberry into the center of the cream cheese
  • Drizzle with honey
  • Place under the broiler until cream cheese has become slightly toasted and warm

Notes

Serve immediately. Can be served at room temperature also. Refrigerate any leftovers. Can be eaten cold too!
