FOR THE DRESSING:
1/3
cup
Rice vinegar

TBSP
Soy sauce
1
TBSP
Brown sugar
1
TBSP
Sesame oil

Garlic cloves
minced

tsp
Fresh grated ginger
Instructions
Preheat your grill to very hot.
Slice the Bok choy in half lengthwise and drizzle each half on the cut side with olive oil.
Grill each half cut side down for a few minutes (5-8) until it develops a slight char. Place on a serving plate and season with salt & pepper.
Mix all the dressing ingredients with a whisk.
Pour over Bok choy and serve.
Notes
Recipe can be doubled. Dressing is fabulous on lots of things!
