Easy Grilled Bok Choy Recipe + Ginger Sesame Dressing

This easy grilled baby bok choy recipe with a tangy ginger sesame dressing is next level delicious. It's a perfect side dish or starter for any BBQ meal.

Ingredients
  

FOR THE DRESSING:

  • 1/3 cup Rice vinegar
  • 2 TBSP Soy sauce
  • 1 TBSP Brown sugar
  • 1 TBSP Sesame oil
  • 2 Garlic cloves minced
  • 1 tsp Fresh grated ginger

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your grill to very hot.
  • Slice the Bok choy in half lengthwise and drizzle each half on the cut side with olive oil.
  • Grill each half cut side down for a few minutes (5-8) until it develops a slight char. Place on a serving plate and season with salt & pepper.
  • Mix all the dressing ingredients with a whisk.
  • Pour over Bok choy and serve.

Notes

Recipe can be doubled. Dressing is fabulous on lots of things!
