fresh green beans
ends trimmed and cut into 2-3 inch pieces

peaches
diced
1/2
red onion
sliced

oz.
crumbled feta cheese

cup
pecans
chopped
Lemon Vinaigrette
or your other favorite light vinaigrette dressing
Instructions
Steam the green beans for about 7-10 minutes. Plunge into ice cold water to stop the cooking. Drain and place in a bowl.
Add the rest of the ingredients and toss.
Chill for at least 2 hours.
Lightly add a bit of your favorite vinaigrette and serve.
