Ingredients
 
 

  • tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • zest of 1 lime
  • tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 2 teaspoons honey use agave syrup if vegan
  • ¼ teaspoon sea salt
  • 4 cups red seedless California grapes halved
  • 2 tablespoons snipped fresh cilantro
  • 1 tablespoon minced jalapeño pepper
  • 2 green onions sliced thin
  • ¼ cup crumbled Cotija cheese omit if vegan

Instructions
 

To make the dressing:

  • Whisk together the oil, lime juice, honey or agave, and salt in a large bowl.

To make the salad:

  • Stir the grapes, cilantro, jalapeño, lime zest, and green onions into the bowl with the dressing.
  • Sprinkle the top with the Cotija cheese and serve.
