When grapes are tossed with tender herbs, green onions, and lime zest then mixed with a vibrant honey lime dressing and Cotija cheese it makes for a side dish that is pure bliss for your taste buds!

1½ tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil zest of 1 lime 1½ tablespoons fresh lime juice 2 teaspoons honey use agave syrup if vegan ¼ teaspoon sea salt 4 cups red seedless California grapes halved 2 tablespoons snipped fresh cilantro 1 tablespoon minced jalapeño pepper 2 green onions sliced thin ¼ cup crumbled Cotija cheese omit if vegan
To make the salad: Stir the grapes, cilantro, jalapeño, lime zest, and green onions into the bowl with the dressing.
Sprinkle the top with the Cotija cheese and serve.
