“While we are not certified organic, we follow a comprehensive set of environmentally and economically feasible practices,” Tom explains. These practices include everything from wildlife habitats and water conservation to more organic material for fertilization and no-till farming on hillsides. The goal is to ensure that the land remains healthy and productive for generations to come.
