  • 8 ounces fresh Mozzarella cheese, sliced
  • 3 pieces fresh citrus - blood oranges, navel oranges, cara caras, peeled and supremed
  • 1/4 cup pistachios, chopped, toasted
  • 3 TBSP extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tsp flaky sea salt

Instructions
 

  • On a large plate or small serving platter, layer the sliced avocado, Mozzarella, and citrus.
  • Top with toasted pistachios, then drizzle with olive oil, and finish with the flaky sea salt!
