ripe California avocados

on the vine tomatoes
such as Campari, or other medium round
1/2
red onion
1
bunch
fresh cilantro

lemons

teaspoons
garlic salt
1/2
teaspoon
each, salt and pepper
plus more to taste
Instructions
Peel and pit the California avocados. Add to a large bowl and mash lightly with the back of a fork.
Dice the tomatoes and red onion.
Cut the leafy tops from the cilantro and roughly chop.
Add tomatoes, onion and cilantro to the mashed avocados and fold.
Squeeze the juice of the two lemons into the bowl and add the garlic salt, salt and pepper. Stir to combine thoroughly. Add more seasoning if needed.
Add to a serving dish and garnish with a California avocado curl and more cilantro.
Notes
Serve with chips, sliced peppers, salsa, or on a taco bar. Enjoy!
