cayenne

egg white

California walnuts
Instructions
Preheat oven to 250 F
Combine the sugar, salt, cayenne and cinnamon in a small bowl
Whisk the egg white until frothy in a large bowl
Add the walnuts and toss to coat
Add the sugar mixture and combine so all the walnuts are covered
Place on a greased cookie sheet and bake for one hour (stir halfway through cook time)
Transfer to parchment paper and allow to cool
Notes
Store for two weeks in an airtight container
