Blue Cheese and Pecan Stuffed Fresh Figs

There is no cooking required when it comes to these delectable stuffed fresh figs. Simply assemble and serve.

Ingredients
  

  • 6 Brown Turkey Black Mission or any other fresh fig
  • Blue Cheese
  • 8 ounces pecans toasted and chopped
  • Honey for drizzling

Instructions
 

  • Cut the figs in half. Cut a small amount off of the other side so the fig stays flat and stable.
  • Place the fig on a platter and top each fig with a small amount of blue cheese.
  • Sprinkle with the chopped, toasted pecans.
  • Drizzle each fig with honey.
