This easy + tasty Radish Butter is perfect to top your bread, crackers or toast - or even grilled chicken!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb. butter softened to room temperature
  • 4 medium radishes
  • 10-12 chives chopped
  • 1-2 t. high quality salt such as fleur de sel

Instructions
 

  • Chop the radishes into a small dice or mince.
  • Add the radishes and chives to the butter and stir thoroughly to combine.
  • Add the salt to taste. Move to a jar or container and refrigerate.

Notes

Refrigerate for a few hours before serving. Makes a great gift!
