Cut the pomegranates in half and submerge in a bowl of water. Peel back the white membrane of the pomegranate while submerged under water to release all the arils (seeds) of the pomegranates
Remove all the white membrane from the water and strain the arils through a sieve
Place the drained arils into a large plastic baggie and using a mallet, crush the arils to replase the juice. Cut a small corner of the bag and run the juice one more time through the sieve
