Kiwi Almond Popsicles with Dark Chocolate

These creamy and cool Kiwi Almond Popsicles are sure to be a hit with kids and adults - especially with a kiss of dark chocolate!

Equipment

  • popsicle molds

Ingredients
  

  • 4-6 Kiwis
  • 3 cups yogurt I used plain greek
  • 1/2 cup slivered almonds
  • 3-4 oz. dark chocolate shaved

Instructions
 

  • Peel and slice the kiwis into round slices.
  • Combine the yogurt, almonds and chocolate.
  • Fill the popsicle mold with a small amount of yogurt mixture in the top of the mold.
  • Add the sliced kiwi to the sides of the mold.
  • Fill the rest of the mold with the yogurt mixture, tamping down on a hard surface to remove any air pockets.
  • Freeze for at least 4 hours or preferably overnight.

Notes

Number of popsicles will depend on size of your molds. Ours made 12!
