  • 4 ripe Figs sliced
  • Soughdough Bread Loaf
  • Soft Goat Cheese
  • Honey
  • Fresh Thyme leaves removed from stems

Instructions
 

  • First, slice the sourdough bread, and toast lightly, either in a toaster or under the broiler in an oven. Then spread a layer of goat cheese on the bread.
  • Then, add 2-3 slices of fig, and drizzle with a bit of honey, then sprinkle with thyme leaves.
