Instructions
First, slice the sourdough bread, and toast lightly, either in a toaster or under the broiler in an oven. Then spread a layer of goat cheese on the bread.
Then, add 2-3 slices of fig, and drizzle with a bit of honey, then sprinkle with thyme leaves.
