California Citrus Easy Sparkling Wine Cocktail
This Old Fashioned Fizz with Pomegranate Ice is such an easy sparkling wine cocktail, you and your guests will be enjoying it year round!
Ingredients
- 3 dashes angostura bitters
- 1 dash simple syrup
- 1 orange wedge
- 4 oz bourbon
- 4 oz sparkling wine
Instructions
- Add the bitters and simple syrup to a glass and stir to combine. Squeeze in the juice of the orange wedge.
- Place a large ice cube (see notes) into the glass and pour the bourbon into the glass
- Top with sparkling wine and serve
Notes
To prepare the pomegranate ice cube, add pomegranate arils and a small rosemary sprig to a silicone ice cube tray and freeze overnight
